Fishy Fighting Tactics (FF tactics)

Print and play multiplayer tactics game where you out plan your opponents and work around the terrain (this game is very centered around choke points). Enjoy beating up your friends in this fish themed tactics game.

RULES:

Have lifetap or life counters by the board for keeping track of life

Each turn you can either play a card or move your character

you cannot move your character (instead of playing a card) three turns in a row

you can move your character up to 4 spaces (only 2 of which can be diagonal)

you gain 1 energy every time you deal damage to your opponent (status does not count)

The compass looking symbol means that it can be used in any of the 8 directions

The symbol with a number next to a square means that its AOE or actual range is the number next to the square

every turn in which the last turn you used a card/ability you draw a card

the circle in the top right corner of some cards says how much energy is required to play it (these cards are considered ultimate cards btw)

when you play a card it goes to the bottom of the deck except when playing an ultimate card (they are discarded)

the resources and status zones are meant for keeping track of resources and status conditions (with dice) (although right now that only affects you if you are playing as/against a pufferfish)

KEYWORDS:

(for all keywords that involve movement only one space can be diagonal)

Rush: you may move up to the amount listed by the keyword before using your ability

Charge: you may move up to the amount listed by the keyword before using your

 ability. You can only move in a straight line with this keyword

Retreat: After using an ability you may move the amount of spaces next to the keyword

Push: After the damage is dealt to your opponent you may push your opponent spaces away equal to the amount next to the keyword

Ricochet: on projectile abilities makes it so that if a projectile cant move any further (and it is moving diagonally) in a direction before damage is dealt (due to an obstruction) it moves in the opposite diagonal direction
